Return policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns that have been shipped within 30 days of your order being delivered. Your return will be refunded in form of store credit only. Store credit can be used both in-store and online, and credits do not expire.
Make sure all items are unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in resellable condition. Items must be fragrance free, no marks of any kind, and no pet hair. We can't accept anything that doesn't meet the criteria listed above.
Final sale items, discounted items over 20%, accessories, bralettes, intimates and jewelry are not returnable.
Store credit does not apply to shipping costs. Items that we cannot accept will be returned to the customer with their next order or at a customer cost of $10.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your item or items get delivered and have defects, please email hello@shoprevival.com a photo of the defect along with your order number within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached. We will work quickly to give a refund for the merchandise in the form of store credit.
